Our stay at the cottage was perfect! It was exactly as described and very peaceful. We did not want to leave the room! The bed was really comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. We liked the proximity to downtown Phoenix and to Sedona. We will definitely love to stay at Arrandale Farms again!

So, I almost gave 4 stars for the section that asked how accurately it was listed. It’s actually much, Much nicer In Person! A lovely space… clean, lots of character and very comfortable. And, if you want to go play at Lk Pleasant, they have everything you need to rent right there on the property to take with you. Very cool… would highly recommend!

Cozy and clean Airstream on a lush urban farm. Various activity zones allow guests to enjoy different areas of the property. We enjoyed wandering around to see all the animals. Great hosts!

Great stay, had a good time , so beautiful and it’s like ur on your own small farm, would definitely stay here again, the pigs are super nice and funny. Ac works good, the weather was 120 while I was here and inside was a life saver super cool air b&b to stay at 10/10

The airstream was super cold at night time! Chad had that puppy dialed down to penguin temperature when we arrived!
I had some questions and Chad responded super quick and helped me with everything!

The air conditioning was cold great place to stay even during the hot summer months. Everything worked! the host was amazing. Made us feel like family. Attention to detail and the care put into the property.

The Cottage exceeded our expectations, the place felt like our own little oasis. The hosts were extremely proactive with their communication, making the arrival, the exit, and everything in between a seamless process. Between the thoughtful interior design of each air bnb on the property, the cleanliness, the many amenities, and the efficient communication, it was evident the hosts were seasoned pros. The Cottage is small, but has everything you need. The animals roaming the property are friendly and add a special touch to your stay. Would happily return again and would love to some day check out the other stays on the property.

We stayed at the Artist Studio, it’s very cute and clean. The a/c is fantastic it kept the whole place cool even in the middle of summer and the rainfall shower was wonderful. The space is clean and spacious. I enjoyed walking around to see all the animals and checking out the mercantile. Would recomend anyone coming to Phoenix to stay here!

I don’t even know where to begin, this farm stay was truly one of the most memorable Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a slower, more peaceful way of life. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, warm, and full of local knowledge. They made me feel right at home while still giving me the space to relax and explore on my own.
